    A superb branch manager.

    The Branch Manager, who came to value my house initially and then oversaw pretty much everything, was endlessly charming, polite and knowledgeable, answering all my questions promptly and offering excellent advice and encouragement throughout. I was given constant updates and suggestions re the marketing and then selling at the correct price - which was achieved. I would certainly recommend using Carson’s to others.

    Rude agent

    I found one agent particularly rude and unprofessional. At the start of the process I wasn’t happy with the written description of my home on the Rightmove. It lacked details and it looked like no effort was put into it. When I voiced my concerns with the agent I was told that I’d be better of with a different agent because Carsons&Co have their unique way of putting adverts up on Rightmove and that he wasn’t prepared to change it. He was very rude in his manner and if it wasn’t for the fact that I was already locked in because he created the advert I would have gone with a different agent.

    Worked extremely hard to keep a difficult chain together.

    We were involved in a very difficult chain. Siobhan was our main contact at Carsons and kept us informed of any new information. She worked diligently and professionally at all times and without her continual badgering of the other members in the chain, I feel that it could have quite easily have failed. So glad we opted for the estate agent as opposed to selling online.

    Wouldn't use them again

    Not a good service. Lack of attention to detail from start to finish, poor write up of the house which had to be rewritten by us, mislaid keys, mix ups on timings of viewings etc. The worst element was the attitude of Grant Turness, who was very unpleasant at times. We would definitely not use them again.

    Not had the best experience in selling houses in the past. Kyle renewed my battered confidence. Instantly I took a liking to him, his persona, humble confidence and ambition. From first going live to completion in a staggering 9 weeks. It can be done if you are prepared to work together. Kyle was always prompt and communicated well. The new owners complimented him on his knowledge and service. I would highly recommend Carson’s.

    Great Service

    Great service from Richard Shelton and the Basingstoke office, he is honest open and a real pleasure to deal with. If you explain what you want he works 110% to achieve it. I'm sure he deals with many but I always feel when we talk he is my personal lettings Manager.
